For all programs,
except the Securitized Preferred Fractional
Interests program, we require a personal meeting
with our President, Mr. Ken Gain, before we will
offer any investment opportunities. To set up an
appointment with Ken, please give him a call at
(907) 279-8551 (if you live in Anchorage, it is not
necessary to dial the 907). After meeting with Ken
and establishing your suitability, if you are still
interested in the program we will then provide you
with investment bulletins when investments become
available. Such investment offers are made on a
first come first served basis, but with previous
investors receiving advance notice prior to notice
being given to new investors. Since our
Securitized Preferred Fractional Interest program
requires delivery of an Official Offering Circular
to you prior to you making an investment, you may
register to receive an Offering Circular by filling
in the information below and e-mailing it back to
us. After you have reviewed the Offering Circular,
you should contact us if you are interested in
